Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ViraLoop application and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ViraLoop is a content planning, scheduling and publishing tool for content creators. It connects to your TikTok account exclusively through TikTok's official APIs, with your explicit authorization, and publishes content to your account only after you review and confirm each post.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and must own or be authorized to manage the TikTok account you connect. You are responsible for the security of your ViraLoop account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload or publish through the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service (for example, uploading a video you approved to your TikTok account). You are solely responsible for your content, including ensuring it complies with applicable law and with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including labeling requirements for AI-generated content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

publish content that is unlawful or infringes third-party rights;
engage in spam, artificial engagement, or any practice prohibited by TikTok's policies (such as buying followers or automating likes, follows or comments — features the Service does not provide and will never provide);
attempt to access data or functionality beyond the permissions granted to you;
interfere with, reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.

5. Third-party platforms

The Service depends on third-party platforms, including the TikTok API. We are not responsible for the availability, changes or decisions of those platforms (including content moderation or reach decisions on your account). ViraLoop is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your TikTok account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms or of platform policies, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including audience growth, reach or engagement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViraLoop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or R$100 if you paid nothing).

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page, with its effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the user's domicile in Brazil, or as otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
